Information collection

Contact and registration form

First name, last name, email address and message are required. Everything else is optional – you can submit the form without it:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address (street, postal code, city)
• Estimated due date
• Which birth this is
• Planned place of birth
• Preferred language
• Your message and any other details you provide in it

Details about pregnancy and birth

Due date, number of previous births and planned place of birth are health data and therefore sensitive personal data under the Swiss Data Protection Act. They are collected solely to assess your enquiry professionally and to plan the care – for instance whether there is capacity in the period in question. Providing them is voluntary. If you would rather not share these details through a web form, write directly to info@rekha-mueller.ch or send your enquiry without them.

Feedback form

First name, last name and your text are collected, plus whether you consent to publication on this website. Without that tick your feedback is not published, only read internally. You may withdraw your consent at any time, informally.

Use of information

• To respond to your enquiries or feedback
• To provide and improve the services
• To determine whether you are within the service region
• To assess whether care is possible in the period you are asking about

The information is not used for advertising and is not evaluated automatically.

Transmission and storage

The forms send your details by email to Rekha Müller's mailbox, which is hosted with Google (Gmail). Your details are therefore processed on Google servers, and processing outside Switzerland cannot be ruled out. If you wish to avoid this, please use post or telephone instead.

The website is hosted with netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Strasse 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. The servers are located in Nuremberg. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with netcup. Germany is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, whose level of protection Switzerland recognises as adequate.

When a page is requested, the server records technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time and the file requested. These log files serve operation and security and are not combined with the form data.

Retention period

• Enquiries that do not lead to care are deleted at the latest twelve months after the last contact.
• If care does result, the details become part of the patient documentation and are subject to the statutory retention obligation for medical records.
• Feedback submitted through the form is kept for as long as it is published and deleted after a withdrawal of consent.

Data protection

I implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or damage. Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised persons.

Sharing of information

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, except:

• when required by law
• to protect rights or property
• with your explicit consent

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal information held about you
• request correction of inaccurate information
• request deletion of your personal information
• object to the processing of your personal information
• request restriction of processing
• request the transfer of your personal information to another party
